The kennel prefix name was officially assigned by the Italian kennel Club in 1990, but it stayed in a drawer for about three years. The first litter in '93 (Ch. Khandhu Accolade x Kefalari's Stand By) marked the beginning of our activity, friendship and co-operation.
Roberto's experience with Afghans goes back to 1976, when he saw one walking down the road; he felt in love with this breed and began to visit dog shows and read the few magazines available at that time. Roberto's first dog was "Grey" BIS SBIS lt. lnt. Ch. Brigadoon del Settebello, a blue brindle male bought from Paolo Simeoni in 1981 - Grey became ltalian and lnternational Champion and N° l Afghan in Italy in 1986.
Sara got her first Afghan as a present when she was 9 years old, and then later she started the Stelle D'Oriente kennel together with her father. They produced SBIS lt. Int. Ch. Abracadabra delle Stelle d'Oriente, N° l Afghan in ltaly in 1995.
Barbara is the youngest in the breed; she bought her first Afghan in 1986, and then started to be involved with the Afghans of DOMAINE DU SORTILEGE of Brice Saint Claire in France
